I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the small touches, like water and treats for pets. The location was convenient for accessing Edmonton and St Albert, and the room rates were reasonable. The staff, especially Lindsay, provided excellent service and went above and beyond for me. Despite a small issue with the shower, I would definitely consider staying here again. I highly recommend Nova for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
